When accessing Office Timeline Online, you may get a message saying you were logged out because you signed in on another device. However, you don’t remember signing in on a second device. What do you do in this situation?
Try to remember if you signed in on our main website (officetimeline.com) from somewhere else, be it another computer, laptop, tablet or phone. Your account works globally on the officetimeline.com domain, so signing in from a second device - either on our main website or directly inside the Office Timeline Online app (online.officetimeline.com) - will log you out of your initial device.
If you have any doubts that you signed in on another device or suspect someone might have broken into your account, reset your password immediately. To do so, either click “Forgot Password” when logging in, or, once logged in, go to your account settings and change it from there.
