      Export your timeline as an image file

      Overview

      Exporting your timeline from Office Timeline Online as an image is a simple and efficient process that takes just a few seconds to complete. To help you navigate this, we have provided a brief step-by-step guide below. For a visual demonstration, feel free to watch the accompanying video.

      Steps

      1. From the My Timelines Gallery in Office Timeline Online, select one of the timelines you want to download. 

      2. Either from the Data View or Timeline View, click on the Download button at the top-right of the screen. 

      3. In the pop-up window, choose Image (PNG), then click the Download button to save your timeline.

      4. Office Timeline Online will instantly create and download your PNG file.
