You are trying to log in to your Office Timeline Online account, but you seem to have forgotten your password or the email address used when registering. The short guide below will show you how to regain access to your account in both situations.
A) Forgot email address or entered a wrong one
When trying to log in to Office Timeline, if our system doesn’t recognize the email address you’ve entered in the dialogue box, it will suggest you to register a new account.
If you do not wish to create a new Office Timeline Online account and can’t remember the address used for the existing one, there’s no need to worry. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, include your full name and company name (if applicable), and we will look you up in our database to get you your account details ASAP.
B) Forgot password
When you have multiple accounts on many different websites, it can be difficult to remember the password used for each of them. If you’re having trouble recalling your Office Timeline pass, here’s what you need to do:
Click on the Forgot Password button in the login dialogue.
Click on Reset, and then check your inbox for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org (please make sure to look into your Spam or Junk folder too).
Click the link in the email message to set a new password for your Office Timeline account.
