How to Cancel Auto-renewal for your subscription

Overview

This article explains how to turn off auto-renewal for your Timeline Online subscription. Auto-renewal is on by default. To turn it off, you will cancel your subscription through the Account Center. Cancelling does not end access immediately; your subscription stays active until the expiry date, and auto-renewal is turned off so it will not charge you again.

Only Billing Owners can cancel a subscription.


Steps

Step 1: Go to the Manage Tab

Visit lucensoftware.com and log in with your Billing Owner credentials.

In the left navigation, go to Admin > Subscriptions and select your subscription. Click the Manage tab.

Step 2: Click Cancel Subscription

At the bottom of the Manage tab, click Cancel subscription.

Step 3: Select a Reason and Continue

In the Cancel subscription dialog, select the reason that best describes your situation and click Continue.

Step 4: Review and Confirm

Review what will happen after cancellation:

  • Access continues until your expiry date
  • Auto-renewal is turned off immediately
  • No additional charges will be applied

Click I understand, continue to confirm.

Your subscription will remain active until the expiry date. Auto-renewal is now off, and your subscription will not renew.


Reactivating Your Subscription

If you change your mind before the expiry date, you can reactivate from the Account Center. Go to Admin > Subscriptions, select your subscription, click the Manage tab, and click Reactivate subscription.
