You are trying to log in to your Office Timeline Online account, but you seem to have forgotten your password or the email address used when registering. The short guide below will show you how to regain access to your account in both situations.
A) Forgot password

Microsoft accounts
If you’ve created your account directly through Microsoft (by clicking “Continue with Microsoft” at registration), this means you do not have a standalone Office Timeline password. If you’ve forgotten your Microsoft credentials, you’ll need to reset your Microsoft password through Microsoft’s recovery process.

Local Office Timeline passwords
If you’ve set up a local Office Timeline password and are having trouble recalling it, here’s what you need to do:

Click on the Forgot password button in the login screen.

For security reasons, we’ll send a code to your inbox to confirm your email address. Enter the code received to set a new password.
B) Forgot email address
If you've forgotten the email address you used to create your account, there’s no need to worry. Email us at support@officetimeline.com, and we'll help you out after we confirm your identity.
