What happens when my license is downgraded to Free?
When your subscription expires or your license is revoked, you don't lose your Office Timeline Online account or any of your work. Your account will simply revert to Free and everything will still be there, but accessible only within the Free User limitations.
If your subscription expires or your Premium license is revoked, your Office Timeline Online account and saved timelines will not be deleted. Instead, your account will revert to Free, and your content will be accessible within the Free plan's limitations.
Key considerations:

Timelines with more than 10 items will display a watermark. To remove it, you’ll need to upgrade your account.

If your timeline has collaborators, the current collaborators will remain, but all shared timelines will have a watermark displayed.
